Fitness and movement have always been a very important aspects of my life. After my collegiate career, I decided to find the rhythm of fitness and training in a new direction. It began to look different and I adjusted. I have enjoyed the trainings I have created and designed and want to share with others. I train with the same intensity, grit and passion. Those are engrained in me in all that I do.
